What is Annuity?

An investment vehicle wherein a return amount is paid yearly or at other regular intervals, often on a guaranteed dollar basis as opposed to market fluctuations. A real estate annuity invests mostly in commercial real estate. A real estate annuity lets you invest money into a couple of real estate holdings instead of just one or two.
